Nightly Rental Rates 2016
Season April 1st thru October 31st
Linens, toiletries and basic kitchen utensils are provided with each rental
SHELBY-1964 Avion- Sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children. Rustic (no inside shower, but outdoor heated shower at site), and air conditioning.
Mid-week-$99 nightly. Weekend- $115 nightly.
JENNY-1964 Streamline Countess- Sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children.
Mid-week- $115 nightly. Weekend- $130 nightly.
Lakehouse Cottage- Sleeps up to 4 adults.
Mid-week- $125 nightly. Weekend- $140 nightly
Payment details:
Major credit card required. Two night minimum. Above rates do not include applicable taxes (7.25% Ohio + 3% Highland County). A reservation deposit of first two nights amount + tax is due upon reserving your unit refundable within 30 days or more of cancellation.
Cancellations made from 7 to 29 days prior to arrival will incur a $25. service fee. Cancellations made one week or less prior to arrival will be charged the full balance of their reservation.
Security Deposit- $ 150. will be due upon reserving your unit to cover costs of any unexpected damage to units. This will be refunded after check out provided no damage has occurred.
A brief orientation will be conducted upon check-in to familiarize guests with units. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
No smoking inside units. No guests permitted after 10:00 pm,(maximum 2 per-unit). Accommodations include 2 car onsite parking per unit with additional parking available offsite.
